Fitness facilities and spa treatments

The fitness centre is open from 6 am–10 pm. It has treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights and floor mats, giving you a choice of cardio exercise or a short strength session. Access is part of every room rate. Bring suitable footwear and use the equipment within your own experience.

Towels and drinking water are provided. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Ask at reception for access and for directions from your room. The centre is for independent exercise and does not provide supervised training.

The wellness lounge is open from 9 am–8 pm, with reclining chairs, a changing area and showers. It gives hotel guests somewhere to sit before or after exercise or a spa treatment. Access is part of the room rate and does not require purchasing a treatment.

Keep phones quiet and leave equipment in the fitness centre. Towels can be returned to the collection point when you leave. The lounge and treatment rooms are reached by lift.

Treatments run from 10 am–7 pm by appointment. Choose a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage, a 60-minute full-body relaxation massage, a 45-minute cleansing facial or a 45-minute body scrub. Each appointment takes place in a private treatment room.

The facial covers cleansing, a mask and moisturising. The scrub uses a body exfoliant followed by a shower and moisturiser. The massage appointments use pressure agreed with you at the start. These are spa services without a promised medical outcome.

Arrive ten minutes before the agreed time so there is time to settle in and discuss pressure, products and any concerns directly with the therapist. Avoid sending medical records in the website enquiry. Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over.

Cancel or change an appointment at least 24 hours beforehand for no treatment charge. Later cancellations are charged half the treatment price; a missed appointment is charged in full. Use the enquiry form to ask for a time, and the team will reply with your appointment details.
