Hosted arrivals and private hospitality

The hosted arrival service provides a dedicated host for 90 minutes at the hotel. Your host meets you at the entrance, assists with luggage and check-in, shows you the room facilities and reviews your restaurant, transport and local plans. It is designed for guests coordinating several parts of a visit at once.

The service runs between 7 am and 10 pm. Request it at least 48 hours before arrival. It does not alter the 3 pm check-in time. Airport transport is a separate choice on Guest services, with its own vehicle and passenger limits.

The in-room welcome service places a seasonal fruit selection, two bottles of still water and fresh flowers in your room before check-in. It serves two people and is prepared on your arrival day. Tell us about any food allergy when requesting the service.

The room’s usual amenities remain part of your accommodation. This service adds the stated arrival items and does not replace daily housekeeping, concierge assistance or luggage storage.

The private dinner provides a three-course meal for two in the Private Dining Room for two hours. The menu is soup, a choice of roast chicken, pan-seared fish or pumpkin and lentils, followed by a fruit dessert, with tea, coffee and still water. Table set-up and a host for the meal are part of the service.

Dinner times are between 5.30 pm and 9 pm. Request a date at least 48 hours ahead and use the message to describe dietary requirements. For more than two guests, the Events page sets out the room hire and celebration menu.

An event-host service adds a dedicated host for four hours to a booked hotel event. The host welcomes guests, directs them to the room, coordinates agreed meal times and acts as your point of contact during the event. Venue hire and catering retain their own scope.

This is useful when the organiser also needs to take part in the event. Send your intended running order with the enquiry. The team will agree the start time and responsibilities before you commit to the service.
