Who can enter

Only people aged 20 or over may enter the Casino Lounge gaming areas. Bring current government-issued photo identification showing your date of birth. Staff check identification at the entrance, and children cannot enter the gaming floor.

Decide your limits before playing

Set a spending limit using only money you can afford to lose. Keep money for rent, bills, food and other essentials out of that limit. Decide how long you intend to stay and keep track of the time. Stop when you reach either limit.

Understand the outcome

Past wins or losses do not guarantee the next result. Gambling is not a way to earn an income or recover money you have lost. Do not increase spending in an attempt to win it back.

Stop or take a break

Stop playing, take a break or speak to a member of staff. Move away from the tables or machines when you need time to think. Avoid playing while intoxicated, distressed or unable to keep to your limits.

If gambling is affecting your finances, sleep or relationships, ask for help. A friend or family member can also speak to the team about a concern. We will discuss the concern respectfully and away from the gaming floor where possible.

Ask the team for support

Tell a Casino Lounge staff member if you want to stop or ask to be excluded from gaming. Staff will explain the steps for requesting an exclusion and the information needed to put it in place. Do not use the website form to send identity documents.

Conduct in the venue

Follow staff directions, respect other visitors and leave the gaming area if asked. Staff may refuse entry because of intoxication, disruptive behaviour or an existing exclusion. The Casino Lounge is a smoke-free venue.
