Our hotel

The atrium reception is the starting point for your visit, with a front desk staffed 24 hours a day. The hotel has seven accommodation categories, ranging from a compact queen room to two-bedroom family accommodation and a suite with a separate living room.

Each category has its own page with the beds, room size, bathroom facilities and price. The hotel’s search takes your dates and the total number of guests, then shows the categories that can accommodate the group in one room. You can send a stay request from the room you choose.

Hotel guests have high-speed Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, linen and towels, luggage storage and access to the fitness centre, wellness lounge and business centre. The Accessible King has a step-free route and a bathroom designed for accessible use; its measurements are set out on the room page.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for hotel guests and visitors. In-room dining delivers selected meals to your room. For a private occasion, the hotel has a dining room for 20 seated guests and a larger function room for celebrations and wedding receptions.

Business visitors can use a 12-seat Boardroom or the Conference Room, with theatre and classroom layouts. Equipment, hire periods and catering prices are published on Meetings & events. A dedicated host can help with arrivals or a function schedule through VIP hospitality.

Check in from 3 pm and check out by 11 am. Reception can look after luggage before and after those times on your arrival and departure days. Let the team know if you are arriving late or would like assistance at the entrance.

Secure parking, valet parking and electric vehicle charging are offered at the hotel. A private airport transfer carries up to four passengers between Dunedin Airport and the hotel. Concierge staff can help arrange local transport, tours and sightseeing based on the time you have and your access needs.
